Power Probe Warranty Policy

At Power Probe, every product undergoes rigorous quality control for workmanship, functionality, and safety before leaving the factory. We proudly offer a two-year limited warranty on all tools.

Important Warranty Guidelines:

  • A valid purchase receipt is required to confirm the tool is within the warranty period.
  • All warranty requests must be submitted through our RMA portal at: https://aftersales.powerprobe.com
  • An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required for all warranty claims.
  • Email notifications will be sent as your RMA progresses, including tracking information once a replacement tool has shipped.
  • This Warranty Policy outlines the exclusive remedy for any claims relating to workmanship, quality, defects, or functionality of any Power Probe product. 
  • Warranty replacements are fulfilled based on available inventory. Tool colors may vary; we do not guarantee color-matched replacements. For any questions, contact our Customer Service Team:

Non-Warranty Policy

If your tool is not covered under warranty, you will be offered a replacement at a discounted price. This includes applicable tax and shipping within the continental U.S.

  • You’ll be able to review and accept/decline the offer directly in the RMA portal.
  • Payments must be made online via our secure third-party payment partner.
  • For your safety, we do not accept payments over the phone.

 Tip: If you’re unsure whether your tool is defective, we recommend reaching out to our technical support team before submitting an RMA request by calling -1-800- 655-3585 (Mon-Fri: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET).

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Cosmetic wear and tears (scratches, dents, etc.)
  • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, cables) unless otherwise specified
  • Tools used outside of intended automotive diagnostic applications

RMA Process & Shipping Policy

  • Shipping for warranty and non-warranty claims outside of the United States is the responsibility of the customer for international shipping fees and cost.
  • Warranty coverage for all Power Probe tools is determined solely by Power Probe Group Inc.
  • Tools submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be covered under the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.
